Refund policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Still Culture sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.
Because our products are digital and cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, subject to applicable consumer law.
Digital Products
All products sold by Still Culture are digital wallpaper files delivered electronically after purchase.
There are no physical returns because no physical product is supplied.
Refunds After Download or Access
Once you have:
- expressly requested or agreed to immediate delivery of the digital content;
- acknowledged that beginning the digital delivery may cause you to lose your statutory right of withdrawal; and
- begun accessing or downloading the purchased files,
your purchase is generally non-refundable.
Digital files cannot be returned after they have been downloaded or accessed.
Right of Withdrawal Before Digital Delivery
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase.
Where such a right applies and you have not yet begun accessing or downloading the digital content, you may be entitled to cancel your purchase within the legally applicable withdrawal period.
For digital content, this right may end once immediate delivery begins if you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of your right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Defective, Missing or Incorrect Files
Our no-refund policy does not remove your legal rights if the digital product is defective, incomplete, inaccessible or materially different from what was advertised.
If there is a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us first so that we can resolve it.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- restore your download access;
- provide replacement files;
- provide the missing or correct files;
- correct another technical issue; or
- provide another remedy required by applicable law.
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, you may have additional legal remedies, including a refund where required by law.
Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate purchases will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may cancel or refund the duplicate transaction.
Change of Mind
Because Still Culture sells digital products that can be accessed immediately, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you:
- changed your mind after downloading the files;
- no longer want the product;
- purchased the wrong collection and already accessed it;
- expected a different artistic style where the product was accurately displayed and described before purchase;
- are unable to use the files because of a device limitation that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Compatibility
Before purchasing, please review the product description and compatibility information.
Still Culture wallpapers are provided in the formats stated on the relevant product page. Screen dimensions, aspect ratios and device settings vary, so slight cropping, scaling or repositioning may sometimes be required.
A compatibility issue that was clearly disclosed before purchase does not normally qualify for a refund.
Problems With Your Order
If you experience an issue with your download or files, contact:

Please include your order number and a description of the problem so that we can assist you.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or overrides consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If applicable consumer law gives you rights beyond those described in this policy, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
